Intermittent Agentic Document Extraction Service Disruption Due to Cloud Service Provider Outage

    While we have implemented some processes to try and mitigate errors, the cloud service provider is still experiencing some issues and thus there could be some resulting errors/degraded performance.

    Starting 8:15 PM PST today, most ADE requests are failing due to a service disruption.

    We identified that submitting documents for parsing and extract through the ADE Playground, API and SDK intermittently triggers 500 errors.

    We have identified the root cause as a service disruption with one of our cloud service providers. We are actively working to resolve this and will notify you once it's fixed.

    Issue Overview

    Starting 5:42 AM PST today, some ADE requests is failing due to a service disruption.

    We identified that submitting PDFs for parsing and extract through the ADE Playground, API and SDK intermittently triggers 500 errors.

    We have identified the root cause as a service disruption with one of our cloud service providers. We are actively working to resolve this and will notify you once it's fixed.
