    Issue Overview

    Starting 5:42 AM PST today, some ADE requests is failing due to a service disruption.

    We identified that submitting PDFs for parsing and extract through the ADE Playground, API and SDK intermittently triggers 500 errors.

    Next Steps

    We have identified the root cause as a service disruption with one of our cloud service providers. We are actively working to resolve this and will notify you once it's fixed.
